There is no additional charge for regular groceries (such as storage boxes, tableware, and cultural and creative products); special categories (such as large storage cabinets, fragile ceramic sets, and liquid cleaners) require an additional reinforcement/compliance processing fee of US$2-6. The product details page will be clearly marked, and the system will automatically add the fee when placing an order. Service features: cost-effective, suitable for users who do not have urgent needs for delivery time, provides basic protective packaging (bubble film, cardboard boxes), supports full logistics tracking, and the logistics order number will be pushed through the registered email and account message after the order is shipped. VIP Shipping: A flat fee of US$15.99 is charged for each order, covering all categories of groceries (including large, fragile, and liquid items), with no additional reinforcement/compliance fees required, and priority in arranging delivery resources. Service features: fast delivery time, comprehensive protection, suitable for emergency needs (such as holiday decoration groceries, kitchen emergency supplies), customized shockproof packaging (foam custom mold + multi-layer bubble film) for fragile items (glassware, ceramic ornaments) to reduce the risk of damage during transportation; international orders also provide "customs duty prepaid" service, without the need for you to pay additional customs clearance fees (already included in the shipping fee). Free shipping policy for orders over a certain amount: If the actual payment amount of all items in the same order (the amount after deducting coupons and discounts) is US$39.99 or more, the shipping fee for the order will be automatically waived. No matter whether standard or VIP shipping is selected, no shipping fee is required. Applicable to all categories, including special categories (large, fragile, liquid items), without any additional charges. Special Note: If an order contains multiple sub-orders (such as custom groceries and regular groceries shipped separately), only a single sub-order with a total purchase price of US$39.99 or more will qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping rates will apply to all other sub-orders. Due to international logistics regulations and customs policies of various countries, some grocery items are subject to shipping restrictions, as follows:

Flammable and explosive items (such as aerosol aromatherapy sprays and alcohol-based cleaners), perishable items (such as unpackaged fresh produce), controlled knives (such as sharp kitchen knives), and infringing goods (such as counterfeit branded cultural and creative products) are prohibited. Orders for these items are not accepted. If an order is placed in error, the order will be automatically canceled and a full refund will be issued.

Liquids (such as bottled dishwashing liquids and skincare products) and batteries (such as mini appliances with batteries) are restricted. International shipments must comply with the customs regulations of the destination country/region and may require additional proof of compliance.
