Optional Information: You can add information such as your name, birthday, profile picture, and frequently used delivery addresses (you can save multiple addresses for quick ordering). This information can improve shopping efficiency (for example, you don't need to re-enter your address every time you place an order) and receive reminders of birthday-exclusive grocery deals. Not adding this information will not affect the use of basic shopping functions. Necessary order information: To complete the product delivery and transaction closed loop, you need to provide the recipient's name, contact number, detailed delivery address (including province/city/district, street number, and zip code); when making payment, you need to provide payment account related information (such as the last 4 digits of the bank card number, third-party payment platform account ID). We do not store complete bank card passwords, payment verification codes and other sensitive payment data. We only synchronize payment results to confirm the order status. Order-related information: The system will automatically record your order details (product name, category, quantity, price, order time, payment amount, logistics order number), payment time and method, refund/after-sales records. This type of information is used for order tracking, logistics arrangements, after-sales processing and retention of transaction vouchers, in compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements for the retention of transaction records.
